These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Docket Central, a software product operated by BRAID Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or using Docket Central, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Docket Central is a software platform designed to assist law firms with organizing, tracking, and managing traffic and municipal court matters using data provided by the user.
Docket Central is a tool for administrative support only. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal services of any kind.
The Service relies on data provided by users and third parties. BRAID Solutions LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed in the Service, and users are responsible for independently verifying court dates, deadlines, and obligations.
You represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent and that you will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Docket Central.
By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited right to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We do not sell or share user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of user data. However, you acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to certain features of Docket Central may require a paid subscription.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
We strive to make the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Docket Central is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAID Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRAID Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
